Return Policy

• Unhappy with your order

If you are unhappy with your order you have the right to return it in whole or in part within fourteen (14) working days from the date you receive it. You have to communicate with us via email at info@chicuel.com before you dispatched the products. The products must be at the same condition as it was received, together with the receipt and including specific labelling of the product (tags, etc.) You have to provide us the tracking number of your postage via email at info@chicuel.com and you have to keep the certificate of postage safe as you will need it as your proof of return. Chicuel will be charged with the shipping cost inside Athens area. Outside Athens area you will be charged with the shipping coast.

In this case Chicuel offers two ways of refund:

1. credit at our online store
2. refund at your bank account

 

• Defective products

Defective products must be return within seven (7) working days from the date you receive them. You have to communicate with us via email at info@chicuel.com before you dispatched the products. The products must be at the same condition as it was received, together with the receipt and including specific labelling of the product (tags, etc.) Chicuel will be charged with the shipping cost.

In this case Chicuel offers two ways of refund:

1. credit at our online store
2. efund at your bank account

 

• Mistaken products

Mistaken products must be return within seven (7) working days from the date you receive them. You have to communicate with us via email at info@chicuel.com before you dispatched the products. The products must be at the same condition as it was received, together with the receipt and including specific labelling of the product (tags, etc.) Chicuel will be charged with the shipping cost.

In this case Chicuel will replace the item(s).
